All certification exams must be prepaid.
No refunds on exam vouchers and electronic exams.
All exams expire one year from date of purchase.
If you have not received all of the components of your iQcenter
Setup within 30 days of invoice, you must call us at 888-855-4638.
In Demand Test Prep Software (DDC Testing Center)
Software is not returnable.
Discounted upgrade pricing is available to current licensed owners
of In Demand Test Prep software (DDC Testing Center). Upgrade applies to application
upgrades, e.g. Microsoft Office XP to Microsoft Office 2003. Upgrade price is
current retail price less 25%. Proof of current license required. Call 888-855-4638
to purchase upgrades.
Books
Returns will be accepted, with authorization, up to 90 days from
invoice date.
After 90 days, returns will be accepted with authorization, for
50% credit.
No returns accepted after 6 months from invoice date, unless
previously authorized.
