Firewalls

Security programs--such as WinShield and FoolProof, must be disabled or set such that users can create folders and save files on the local hard drive.

If your installation uses a proxy server, the proxy server information must be set up in the Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings, Proxy Settings dialog box.

Firewalls must permit full access to https://iqcenter.certiport.com via Synchronizer, a Certiport Inc. program that connects directly to the URL (not through a browser) using ports 80 and 443. If you have a contract with an ISP or other provider who manages the firewall, you must arrange with the contractor to allow access in and out through the firewall.
